About Us: Why E2E Was Born

As a former elementary school teacher, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to transition from the classroom into the world of entrepreneurship. After years of following a structured path, stepping into something new and unknown can feel overwhelming, isolating, and at times, even a bit scary. That’s why I created the Educators to Entrepreneurs (E2E) community—because I saw a real need for a space where former educators could come together, process these emotions, and support each other in navigating this new chapter of life.

E2E was born from the belief that educators have unique skills and perspectives that are incredibly valuable in the business world, but too often, we face this transition alone. Our community is here to change that. We’re a network of like-minded individuals who understand the challenges of leaving the classroom and who are determined to use our teaching experience as a springboard into successful, purpose-driven businesses.

The Purpose of E2E is simple: to provide a safe, supportive environment for educators who are transitioning into entrepreneurship.

Here, we focus on:
Connection: Building relationships with others who understand your journey.
Support: Offering guidance and resources to help each other grow as business owners.
Inspiration: Encouraging creativity, leadership, and the pursuit of passion in new and meaningful ways.

Whether you’re just beginning to explore entrepreneurship or you’re well into your business journey, E2E is a place where you can process, learn, and grow—together. We believe that, with the right community behind you, the leap from teacher to entrepreneur doesn’t have to be daunting; it can be exciting, empowering, and filled with opportunity.
