When Meghan first becamean entrepreneur, she had big dreams, but had so many ideas that she couldn't implement any of them. She wanted structure and freedom and shifted from being hyper focused with bursts of energy to switching from task to task. Coaches told her to just be more consistent with her marketing. When she discovered that she was neurodivergent and learned about her intensity profile, she realized her traits were actually strengths rather than a problem to fix. Shelearned to design systems that work for her unique wiring to attract clients. She now supports neurodivergent and creative professionals to attract clients by designing systems to work the way they are wired.
